Funtastic Foods Catalog helps business customers browse foodservice products and send requests.
Funtastic Foods helps business customers find products, check availability, and submit non-binding product or order requests. No online payments are collected through this application; our team confirms availability, pricing, and delivery separately.
How Google Sign-In is used
Customers may choose Google Sign-In to create or access their Funtastic Foods account. We use only the basic Google profile information provided for authentication—your Google account ID, verified email address, name, and profile image—to create and secure your account and respond to your requests. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google user data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Delete account
This deactivates your account. An administrator will permanently remove it later.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Funtastic Foods collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information when you use our catalog and request service.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, submit a product or account request, update your profile, or contact us. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, website, messages, requested products, quantities, and request history. When you sign in with Google, we receive the profile information Google makes available to us, such as your name, email address, unique account identifier, and profile image.
How we use and share it
We use information to administer accounts, respond to requests, confirm availability and pricing, arrange delivery, communicate with you, protect the service, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We share it only as reasonably necessary with our staff, technology providers, suppliers, delivery partners, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Requests are not payments
The catalog lets you submit a request for products. It does not take payment or collect payment-card details. Availability, final pricing, delivery arrangements, and any invoicing are confirmed separately.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. You may update profile details in your account or ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Cookies and contact
We use essential cookies and local browser storage to maintain your session and access status, remember interface preferences, and retain your cart. For a privacy request or question, email sales@funtasticfoods.ca with “Privacy” in the subject line. We may update this policy by posting a new effective date.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Funtastic Foods catalog, account features, and product-request service. By creating an account or continuing with Google, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Catalog and product requests
Submitting a cart, product, or account request is not an order, purchase, payment, invoice, or binding commitment by either party. We will separately confirm availability, price, specifications, delivery, taxes, minimums, and other applicable terms before accepting an order.
Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices, stock information, and catalog content accurate, but they may change and may contain errors or omissions. Images are illustrative. Confirm ingredients, allergens, suitability, handling, and product specifications with us before purchase or use.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, interfere with security or operation, submit false or unlawful requests, scrape or copy catalog content at scale, or use the service in a way that harms us or others. We may suspend or deactivate accounts where reasonably necessary.
Google sign-in, ownership, and liability
Google’s terms and privacy practices also apply when you choose Google sign-in. Catalog content is owned by or licensed to Funtastic Foods, except third-party marks and product materials belonging to their respective owners. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
